The 18-hole, par-72 course combines open fairways, strategically placed bunkers, water hazards and natural changes in elevation.

The planned layout already reveals some of its most distinctive features. The second hole, a par 5, features a large lake running alongside the right of the fairway towards a narrow, carefully protected green.
The ninth combines an elevated tee with a natural watercourse, while the eighteenth promises a memorable finish, with a narrow green surrounded by water hazards.
